Customer satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of any product or have a shipping issue, we want to know. We will make it right. Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you have concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of product delivery. Please save the original packaging (especially during the Christmas season). We guarantee that your products or recipient's gift will arrive in quality condition.

Product Care

Please follow the refrigeration directions on each bottle or jar. Most of our canned goods, jams, jellies, and pie fillings require refrigeration after opening. Our dried goods don't need refrigeration but should be stored in a cool, dry area away from sunlight for best quality and longest shelf life.

Perishable Items

We are not responsible for perishable products that spoil during transit when rush shipping has not been selected. We offer ice packs with shipments but do not provide dry ice. For perishable items, especially during warm weather, we strongly recommend selecting expedited shipping options.
