This is a 2 year old yellow Wisconsin Cheddar, random cuts, vacuum sealed. The weight is approximately 1 pound and will vary, cost will be adjusted per block. Please do not order during the hot summer months as we do not have access to dry ice. We will not be responsible for cheese gone bad from heat during shipping.
